The group will be an attractive community of owners for reputable and forward-looking installation companies in Denmark. The installation companies will continue to deliver the service, quality, and customer service for which they are known. In addition to being local, the companies become part of a group with shared capabilities and skills. Over time, we will build a group function that offers value-adding services to the installation companies in areas such as marketing, digitalisation, IT, HR, career development, and service development, says Søren Torp Laursen, chairman of the group.  

We are happy to announce that we have signed a contract with Anders Colding Lund Petersen, who has taken on the responsibility of bringing together and developing the group going forward. Anders Colding has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and director in the installation industry and comes from the role as one of the former directors of one of the group companies. He will ensure the implementation of our shared strategy and establish an operating model for the group together with the other owners and managers, says Laursen.  ‍

Owners and managers in the group are highly motivated to build a leading offering for employees, customers and business partners.

A desired situation is now becoming reality. It is a good idea to gather well-run installation companies, each with their professional qualities and understanding of local customer needs, and to further strengthen them through operational improvements and business development. The  founder-owners and I have  high expectations for the partnership and can hardly wait to get started. We are already in search for talented colleagues across the country who are motivated to take part in our joint journey, says Anders Colding Lund Petersen.

We see a clear tendency in our industry towards increasing controls and requirements for documentation. At the same time, many tasks require specialised expertise, which in turn requires a certain volume if you are to be competitive. Our setup will bring together all the best from “the local installer” and combine it with the strengths of being part of a group – so the term “multi-local” paints a good picture of where we are heading, concludes Lund Petersen.
