Clear goals and transparent tracking

We require all our portfolio companies to set clear goals and action plans to reduce their CO₂ footprint, with carbon efficiency as the main KPI. This sharpened focus helps us commit to sustainable growth from the very start. Each of our companies tracks their carbon footprint and follows their own sustainability strategies, ensuring meaningful progress.

ESG is embedded in everything we do. We include it in our investment due diligence and monitor it across our portfolio. Our dedicated ESG manager leads this work, supported by tools like energi.ai for emissions tracking and the SHE Index for diversity. ESG performance is part of our team’s annual evaluation, and we share our findings in our portfolio report.
