Evidi
The foundation is set for Evidi’s ascent as a next-gen Microsoft partner
Evidi is a leading Microsoft-focused consulting and technology partner. Its service offering covers the fundamental elements of clients’ IT stacks, including cloud and infrastructure, architecture, integration and data platforms. Credo spotted the opportunity to rapidly create the #1 full-stack Microsoft partner in Norway, and then the Nordics.
How our partnership began

Credo invested in Pilaro and eSeven, two ERP Microsoft partners, in the first half of 2021. At the time, we had already established dialogue with several other Microsoft partners, culminating in the acquisition of Skill AS, Albatross IT Consultants AS, and Communicate Norge AS in the second half of 2021. As a result, a leading Norwegian independent Microsoft partner was born, capable of servicing clients with a Microsoft technology one-stop shop.

Jørn Seglem and Marius Andersen assumed the positions of CEO and CFO, respectively, in 2022, focusing on integration, professionalisation, lucrative income streams, and geographical expansion. Since then, several acquisitions in Denmark and Sweden have been made, securing Evidi’s Nordic footprint.

“We’re proud to have achieved a 24% revenue growth in 2023, crossing the six hundred million mark.”
Narius Andersen, CFO of Evidi
Recent results

2023 was a transformative year for Evidi, marking the culmination of its efforts to build a cohesive and scalable business. Despite facing a high pace of internal change, the company delivered double-digit organic growth and record revenues of NOK 630M. Key accomplishments included a major overhaul of internal IT systems, integrating subsidiaries into a single platform and implementing new ERP, CRM, HR, and risk solutions—all leveraging Microsoft’s product portfolio. This digital transformation enabled more effective data-driven decisions, enhanced automation, and improved scalability.

The management team was also strengthened with the addition of Leiv Thomas Sandnes as CTO and Magrethe Melbye as CISO, who is recognised among Norway’s top women in tech. Alongside these structural changes, Evidi invested in its workplace environment, moving headquarters to Rådhusgata 5, upgrading office facilities, and launching a new brand identity to attract top talent.

How we see the future

Evidi has an enviable position: the most scalable platform in a growing market. The foundation laid in 2022 and 2023, including the company’s first acquisition in Sweden, positions Evidi as a leading Nordic Microsoft partner with a strong market presence. While short-term consulting demand may be affected by macroeconomic pressures, ongoing trends in digitalization, cloud adoption, and AI are expected to drive sustained growth.

Evidi continues to focus on diversity as a core part of its ESG agenda. The company increased its overall share of women to 27% in 2023, with a long-term target of 35%, and was recognised as the ODA Champion of the Year. Evidi’s strategy moving forward will centre on expanding recurring revenues through managed services and proprietary IP, which showed significant growth in 2023 and are anticipated to drive margin expansion.
